The World Anti-Doping Agency, which is tasked with overseeing anti-doping regulations worldwide, said it has received confirmation that the drugs were found in athletes' urine.
The substance is not scheduled by WADA, but WADA has not yet banned it, a WADA spokeswoman said.
WADA said a formal doping test could only be ordered after officials in Russia's Federation of Athletic conducted a thorough investigation and determined whether there is a systemic drug problem. It is then up to WADA decide whether sanction the athletes.
The first cases could be punished within 60 days of an anti-doping report being completed.
The World Anti-Doping Agency was established by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and was designated the sole arbiter of all anti-doping matters involving athletes.
It is run with the cooperation from United Nations and European Union. The Obama administration has turned its back on a U.S. law that would have required the construction of $3.7 billion new nuclear power capacity over 10 years, a fact that could hamper efforts to bring in affordable and reliable sources of carbon-free electricity. It's the latest disappointment for a global warming policy that Obama says he believes in, despite its failure.
The Department of Energy is required to conduct a review by January on nuclear energy's competitiveness against other sources of electricity. Currently, the United States has 17 reactor units avodart rezeptfrei kaufen that provide 11 percent of the nation's power. Most them are nearing the end of their operating lives, and avodart kaufen österreich the rest are either in early planning stages or on the verge of closing.
If the review reaches conclusion that new reactor construction in the United States general is unaffordable, it's possible that it will recommend a U.S. Best cheap drugstore lip liner withdrawal to the International Energy Agency (IEA), Paris-based that coordinates global energy policy. It might also lead to a "review" of U.S. emission-reduction targets, given that, as the agency notes, "current technologies for greenhouse gas [GHG] reduction will not be sufficient to reach these goals."
In the meantime, Obama supports nuclear energy, but his administration has pushed back against calls to invest federal funding and build more nuclear reactors. The U.S. industry has been hurt by the recession and a natural gas boom that has been less effective at reducing GHG emissions than the administration's climate policies, a fact that Obama himself acknowledged last fall when he announced would pursue a "all-of-the-above" energy strategy to reduce GHG emissions that come from fossil fuels.
Obama's policy on nuclear power is similar to his policies in 2009 and 2011 on other green energy technologies. His 2009 Climate Action Plan did not even mention nuclear power. When Congress passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the administration allocated $1 billion for clean energy technologies, including 1,000 MW of capacity for new nuclear power plants. But Obama was a strong supporter of renewables and climate policies, his administration had no plans in place to actually construct the new plants, despite pleas by the industry.
Meanwhile, the IEA has been working tirelessly to drive down costs for new nuclear construction. Buying prozac in uk According to the agency, nearly half of $100-billion budget for nuclear energy research was devoted to the study of "increasing grid stability, reducing energy supply variability" — not to actual new construction.
The IEA's annual statement on nuclear power notes that global demand for power will double by 2050, with nuclear energy providing at least 35 percent of that power.
